KYOO is a rapidly growing Indonesian startup that provides a digital queuing and appointment platform tailored for businesses across healthcare, government, finance, beauty, and hospitality sectors. Before our involvement, the team had a strong product concept and early traction but needed a more structured and scalable backend system to manage operations, merchant data, appointment flows, and real-time scheduling.

They also needed a centralized interface to give admins and merchants clear visibility and control over booking schedules, queue status, and customer insights.

Understanding the needs

For best results, we first need to understand what the client wants, and this is what they need:

  • To scale their platform efficiently and enhance the user experience for both internal teams and merchants, KYOO needed a robust admin dashboard system that could handle merchant onboarding, queue and appointment tracking, as well as reporting and feedback management.
  • A key requirement was the development of a visual calendar interface to manage reservations and appointments across multiple sectors—ranging from clinics to beauty salons. The calendar had to be flexible, real-time, and support both manual inputs and automated scheduling via WhatsApp integration.
  • Understanding these needs, we delivered a tailored back-office solution that elevated KYOO's operational efficiency, enabled scalable merchant management, and ensured smooth coordination across their multi-industry user base.

Scope of Works

For best results, we first need to understand what the client wants, and this is what they need:

  • SaaS Platform Development: Built a scalable, cloud-based SaaS architecture to support KYOO's fast-growing queue and appointment system. The platform was designed to accommodate a diverse set of use cases and industries, with extensible features and modular deployment.
  • Admin Dashboard: Developed a powerful admin dashboard allowing KYOO's internal team and onboarded merchants to manage customer flow, view appointment analytics, configure business hours, and monitor queue performance in real time.
  • Calendar View System: Implemented a dynamic, sector-adaptive calendar interface to handle reservations, appointments, and queuing with visual clarity. This feature supports daily, weekly, and monthly views and integrates tightly with WhatsApp notifications, enabling seamless communication between businesses and customers.
