Komerce is an Indonesian tech startup based in Central Java, dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through comprehensive e-commerce solutions. By integrating trained local talent with a suite of digital tools, Komerce enables businesses to streamline operations, from customer service to logistics.
Their platform addresses the challenges faced by SMEs in managing online sales, offering services like marketplace management, warehousing, shipping, and customer relationship management.

Understanding the needs
For best results, we first need to understand what the client wants, and this is what they need:
- As Komerce expanded its services to support over 750 SMEs and trained more than 1,300 village youths in e-commerce skills, the need for a centralized system became evident
- They required a robust admin dashboard to manage talent assignments, monitor performance, and oversee various operational aspects.
- Additionally, integrating tools for order fulfillment, shipping, and customer interactions was crucial to maintain efficiency and scalability.
